Karan holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a degree in Business Studies. Before entering the New Zealand property industry—where he was recognized as one of the Top 50 Real Estate Professionals in the country—he achieved an impressive $6 million in sales, reflecting his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
With a deep understanding of New Zealand’s housing landscape and the diverse needs of its buyers, Karan has worked closely with first-home buyers, first-time investors, and seasoned property investors, bringing both practical insight and strategic direction to every project at Kiefer.
He is passionate about delivering sustainable, high-quality homes at accessible price points. A recognized thought leader in the industry, Karan has also mentored more than two dozen property sales professionals and advisors.
Under his leadership, Kiefer has successfully delivered over $280 million worth of developments since 2020—and continues to grow.
