Karan Sawhney
Karan holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a degree in Business Studies. Before entering the New Zealand property industry, where he was recognized as one of the Top 50 Real Estate Professionals in the country, he achieved an impressive $6 million in sales, reflecting his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
With a deep understanding of New Zealand’s housing landscape and the diverse needs of its buyers, Karan has worked closely with first-home buyers, first-time investors, and seasoned property investors, bringing both practical insight and strategic direction to every project at Kiefer.
He is passionate about delivering sustainable, high-quality homes at accessible price points. A recognized thought leader in the industry, Karan has also mentored more than two dozen property sales professionals and advisors.
Under his leadership, Kiefer has successfully delivered over $280 million worth of developments since 2020, and continues to grow.
